[Monitoring] It has come to our attention that some clients are having intermittent trouble connecting when trying call our Support phone lines, with some receiving a message warning of “lines are busy issues” and asking to call again later. We have identified the issue with our carrier and are currently awaiting a technical resolution. This seems to be an ongoing issue with the carrier so we will leave this message active until it is fully resolved and we will keep you updated of any changes.
