We'd like to provide a further update on the issues affecting Managed Fund distributions and SMA model performance calculations and explain what has been fixed and what remains under investigation. We've identified two separate causes: 1. A data feed issue that has been resolved, which temporarily delayed some fund distributions and caused certain SMA shadow models to show reduced performance. We're continuing to monitor our daily data feeds closely to ensure distributions are being receipted correctly against SMA models. 2. Timing differences between a managed fund's ex-date and payment date, which may continue to cause temporary spikes or troughs in a model's performance chart within the Adviser Portal and Investor Portal. This is a normal timing effect that resolves itself automatically once the payment is received by the Shadow Model. Our team are currently investigating enhancements that will reduce the impact of these timing issues on model performance.
