[Monitoring] Praemium have identified that the report builder functionality is experiencing slowness in generating reports. We understand that producing reports are priority for you, especially at this time of year. Please know that we are focused on ensuring your reports are completed in a timely manner and are monitoring our reporting functionality closely to minimise impact to you. Where possible, to enhance your reporting experience we encourage you to generate reports via report publisher or export centre. Should you have any questions please contact your dedicated relationship manager who can assist or our Support team to step you through options available at support@praemium.com

[Identified] Please note that reports are currently being generated slower than normal due to a backlog in queue. This is impacting reports being generated in both Reporting and Administration and Adviser Portal. We are working towards a fix as priority.
