We’d like to update you on the disruption currently affecting term deposit functionality for SMA and Super portfolios. Following the transition to our new term deposit provider, ANZ term deposit offerings have become unavailable and delays experienced in viewing rates and processing orders within Adviser Portal. Today's ME Bank term deposits rates are delayed but should be available from tomorrow. Our teams are working closely with the service providers to restore normal functionality for ANZ term deposits as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while these changes are finalised. We will continue to keep you informed and are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable term deposit experience going forward.
