From 12pm Friday 18th April, Praemium will commence a scheduled outage to perform system upgrades. Our Reporting and Administration Platform, Adviser Portal, and Investor Portal will be temporarily unavailable between 12pm Friday 18th April (Good Friday) and 12pm Monday 21st April (Easter Monday). [Identified] We have identified an issue with our report generation functionality, causing slowness. We are working towards a fix as a priority. Please note this is impacting reports being generated in both Reporting and Administration and the Adviser Portal.
